Gears not working after paying for a bike service. Then I paid extra to add a new chain which was bent and didnt work.

I bought a pair of panniers from them and two months later they had fallen apart at a seam. Oxford was the brand. They fully replaced them and took the issue to the manufacturer. Happy to do business with them.
