Such a waste of time! Had an appointment ato ndhave my wax done, after 20mins waiting I asked for how longer I had to wait, the lady told me at least another 15mins! I left the salon so disappointed. What's the point of making an appointment if they don't respect it? Won't back again. Waste of time!

Great people, prices and hair didn't look too bad either. It's my new place to go to be pampered.

Worst hair experience ever. The keratin product was actually condition. I spent 80 and my hair looked dry and not straight and bouncy. I would not recommend this salon at all terroble experience.

I've just returned from the salon VERY DISAPPOINTED! It's really gone down over the last year, with the constant staff turnover and lack of customer service. I waited 30 mins although I made an appointment I wasn't seen they were clearly under staffed yet accepted more customers. This is not the first time this has happened and I won't return again, I left really annoyed as I wasted my day. I wouldn't recommend this salon unless you don't mind dealing with unprofessional people. I would give ZERO stars of that was an option!
