        Bit unsure which counter to go to.... just wanted tea and cake. The staff were rushed off their feet, didn't know what cake was what or the dietary information

        I was taken by a friend for Sunday lunch. We were greeted by burnt Yorkshire puddings. Some slightly less burnt appeared when requested by my friend. The beef was chewy, and the roast potatoes barely edible. The other veg was OK. My friend had roast and mashed potatoes. I was offered one or the other, and the roast potatoes were awful. My plate was only half full compared to hers but I was still charged for a full dinner, and left with half of mine in a takeaway box for my dogs. I won't be back for a long time.
