Owner of this company Paul bought a Benelli tornado from me in august. Arrangements had been made and bike wasnt being collected till late evening one night. I asked my dad to deal with sale as I have 3 young kids that was in bed by time we agreed for him to come. Owner came, saw bike, told my dad he was in a rush to get to Liverpool so hed deal with log book as he has 30 years experience as a dealer. He toke the entire log book leaving me unable to sorn it. I received a debt for the bike in October and my partner contacted owner as debt was dated 01/09/2021 ( bike was sold to him in august). He received messages saying it was left on the kitchen worktop ( Paul never entered house only garage!). Saying we was lying and he had left it in kitchen! We sent him a picture of the debt received and hoped hed resolve it. My partner has contacted him again as debt has doubled. His response was a bombarded of messages , one being you know Dam well ur in wrong another being showing us the bike doesnt need an MOT ( debt is nothing to do with mot as bike is less than 3 years old). As my dad dealt with sale Paul wanted to speak to him so I exchanged numbers. Whilst speaking Paul became high rate swearing at my dad. Paul also remembered what my dad looked liked, that he toke an interest in his Harley Davidson and that he only ever went in my dads garage ( different from him remembering to leaving it on my dads kitchen worktop) Paul ended the conversation with my dad by telling him he was going to ring and deal with it yesterday. Ive contacted the debt collectors today and nothing Customer service is absolutely shocking! Dont lie to people telling them your 30 years experience and youll handle the logbook. Trustworthy dealership? Lied right from the beginning. Taking the entire logbook and leaving it in my name resulted in ME receiving a debt! Purely on how Paul has handled this entire situation Ill never recommend this shop.

Would just like to share my experience with Staffordshire classic scooters motors & co ltd. Paul who I dealt with was just a top bloke from first phone call to completing a deal on a sx 200 Lambretta, really happy with the service provided. The scooter I purchased is in pristine condition someone who takes pride in there business!! The shop is packed out with classic scooters and the modern ones. I would not hesitate to recommending them the best showroom you will come across fact. Also they have some lovely motors on the forecourt at reasonable prices. Thanks paul no doubt I will be back when Im ready for a new one

I brought aVespa from Paul at classic scooters in 2018 fantastic scooter no problems whatsoever since then I have had 3 Lambrettas off him Great salesman and a Professional at his job I will definitely be using him again

Fantastic place if you're looking to buy a scooter or a Benelli tnt125 which i went to see plenty of choices and all bikes were in stunning condition great guy and a pleaseure to deal with! Love my little tnt this is the place to go. We will be back there in a few weeks to buy another for a mate
