No prices. Woman who took the call then proceeded to quote different prices to me. I just wanted a survey, quote and choose not to tell my budget then get the cheapest stove. Not transparent at all.

Due to the energy crisis and the threat of extremely high energy costs we decided to have a multi fuel stove to heat our home. I visited the Kidlington branch of Iron and Wood to explore the options and cost. From walking into the showroom to the completion of the installation, the customer experience was first class. The engineers were polite and helpful. They ensured that they cleaned up after they finished and made good the installation when finished. We needed a complete installation including an internal flue from the ground floor through the bedroom and through the roof. This was an area of concern for us, but we need not have worried as the work was carried out to a high standard. The price was acceptable and a deposit of around 15% was paid. The balance was paid on satisfactory completion. I have no issues in recommending this company if you are looking to install a multi fuel stove.

Our experience of using Iron and Wood of Kidlington was entirely positive, as Szab took great care that everything was done with attention to detail, dedication and to the highest standards. Throughout the consultation for and fitting of our stove, Szab acted with professionalism, and displayed great care for our home. We found him to be completely honest and trustworthy, as well as friendly and approachable. The product itself is absolutely first class, and as you can see, our border collie loves being in front of the stove ~ it's his new favourite place! The heat that the stove gives out is really good, and we now use just a fraction of the wood that we used to burn with an open fire. I'm so glad we chose to use Iron and Wood of Kidlington. Buy with complete confidence!

I can not fault the service and correspondence from start to finish. Very organised, professional and informative throughout. Great advice and guidance given. As for the wood burning stove, we are just speechless. Thanks also for the starter pack and goodies. Nice touch.
