first time I have bought a car wholly online and am glad I chose this Skoda dealership I dealt with Tom Waller and was very impressed with the time and effort he put in to get my new car,lots of paperwork to fill in but we got through it with very few problems, and now I have a brand new Skoda kodiaq sportline. many thanks to Tom and the team for lots of help And hardwork ,a very happy customer.

It was a few years ago and I don't know the name of the kind employee who helped me - genuine random act of kindness ... I was in trouble with my car and had to stop outside them... I'm still still so grateful I got the help I needed and continued with my car journey

I had a very negative experience with this Skoda dealer. I purchased a car from them, only to later discover that it had a mileage discrepancy and no service history. Not only is this an unethical business practice, but it can also be dangerous for the reliability and safety of the vehicle. When I contacted the dealer to express my concerns and seek a resolution, they were unresponsive and refused to take any responsibility for their actions. I was extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this Skoda dealer to proceed with caution. Their unethical practices can have serious consequences for customers, and they have demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and safety.
