The cafe is appalling. I came in for breakfast as I already looked at the menu on their Website. The menu @ that cafe was half the size! I ordered toast with butter and I didn't come with butter! WTH!? I asked for butter and had to wait 4 mins for it. There is only 3 staff who can hardly manage the whole cafe!? What type of cafe is this?! They should upgrade their cafe and hire more staff! I never thought I would have such a bad experience in SAINSBURYS!?
