Yet to deliver my package that was supposed to be delivered today it contains live animals and I'm pretty certain it's labelled live animals. And terrible opening times as people are either at work or at school.

Well I have spoken to there are customer service hub. The problem is two fold not enough staff ( recruitment issue) and current national industrial action which is causing a backlog. They are trying there best but lagging behind. As to opening times best to visit Monday-Friday 8-2pm And Saturday 8-12. But not on strike days. Regards gary Jameson. Resident Kidlington

Absolutely shocking service at the moment. As a resident of Kidlington, over the last 2 months we have received around 4 days of post. Short staffed or not, sort yourselves out. People rely on receiving important documents through Royal Mail and this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I have complained through the proper channels just to be fobbed off with the usual nonsense excuses, hence this review.

Word of warning that the times on the website/google are not accurate just drove all the way here to pick something up as said it would be open until 19:00 (or even 20:00 depending on which website you read!) and it is very much closed with no sign or explanation as to why!

This sorting office has brilliantly carried on throughout all pandemic adverse times. Post Lady Sarah Horwood has been especially brilliant keeping us all going with her cheerful attitude. Please may we keep her on the Wooton-by-Woodstock round! THANK YOU!
