One star earned for teaching me to asking to see the photographs while I'm still able to retake them. I have to assume they have a monopoly on photographs because the whole experience was just awful, there is no way it could be that bad with realistic competition. Over half of the photos were instantly unusable due to the direction we got form the photographer in the studio. Directions like tilting my head unnaturally to avoid glasses reflection (instead of moving the lights), insisting on a hand on my shoulder for a group photo, and holding a prop javelin in an obviously suggestive manner. The website is extremely hard to navigate as there is no direct method of backwards navigation, for example to go back to the gallery after previewing a photograph, or after purchasing one item and trying to return to the gallery. Finally, photograph purchase options are in specific sized bundles, meaning you have to buy multiples of one specific photo if you want it in 5x4 format. Just a poor selection apart from the calligraphy frame. Hire your own photographer and do it yourself, it will be better and might end up cheaper, too.

Sadly, we and lots of other parents missed out on our childrens graduation photos because there was a mix up with times. Very very disappointing.

Awful... One school group photo for 123. Ridiculous... Say printing cost 15 and postage 10 and selling for 50 with 100% profit... Naaaa. Gillman and Soame wants 400%... Terrible.

Exceptionally poor. 2 months on still waiting for school photos taken in September. I accept mistakes can be made but to blame others for your own short comings is unacceptable. Very upset and disappointed. Sorry but it is how I feel. No chance elderly relatives will receive their photos for Christmas. Poorly done.
