Purple Haze Vaping

I visited the store yesterday after a recommendation from a friend and I was blown away by the knowledge and the customer service I experienced. As a total novice at vaping the gentleman spent so much time with me helping me to pick the right machine for my needs, assisted in picking the correct vape juice, and was simply phenomenal. I will definitely be back, and would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Thanks ever so much guys.

Really friendly and helpful. Gave me the lowdown on my options to help me quit smoking, taking time to explain everything throughly and comprehensively. Very pleased with the service and will be returning.

Early July, 2021, I visited this shop with a friend who's a "Vaper". With 70 years of smoking I threw down the gauntlet that if they had a Vape that would replace my GV rolling tobacco I would stop smoking. Within 5 minutes I was offered, to try, a vape with with Virginia fluid. I laughed, but tried it. No buttons to press, it handles like a pen and I tried my first puff of a Vape. I have not had a cigarette since. The service and knowledge of this company is absolutely 100% superb. I was truly amazed that a store of this nature would be so good. They are, by far, the most obliging store that I have been in for years. This one trip has saved me around 25.00 per week, very important to my pension, and I don't even have a craving for a roll up. This store is worth their weight in gold. I would recommend that anyone who smokes should visit Purple Haze and have an experience not generally found in this day and age. Truly remarkable.

Came in here for advice as a complete beginner with a very basic vaper, left with some good advice and some delicious juice! Very non-judgemental and friendly service. Clean store laid out so it's really easy to see the menus and units on sale, there are little tables and chairs. The guy I spoke to took the time to explain how to change my coil and let me do it in store. Really listened to me, what I need and made considerations for my disability. Would be happy to visit again. Parking round the back accessed by a small alley down the side.
