We have recently purchased a house through Matthew Addis of Alistair Redhouse Estate Agents, and we are so grateful for all his help. As first time buyers the process initially felt very daunting, but Matthew made it far less stressful than it could easily have been. We really appreciated how easy he was to communicate with, and we will definitely return in future if we need an estate agent ourselves one day. Thank you!

We were refused a viewing because we have a child. This is a breach of paragraphs 1d, 1e and 2a of The Property Ombudsman's Code of Practice for Residential Letting Agents 2019.
