Bought a pack of 5 locks off them and only 1 came, They said it was an error on the website and wouldn't pay for the return shipping, ignored all my emails, I wouldn't trust or recommend this company at all

Not my favourite company in the first place - we've often had poor experiences with them. This latest order, we paid for a stocked item, needed for production, along with their high priced delivery (3-15days). Confirmation email showing a shipping date of the order date. After a couple of weeks and nothing showing up, I thought I better check with an email. 5 days later, get an email back saying the items actually wasn't in stock and it's on 110day lead time from China. No warning email to say it's late. No apologies. I worked out another stocked items that they could give us a hand full of to tide us over til stock comes in but they couldn't care less and just told us to make another order for the parts to replace their incompetance. Gladly, that's the last order I'll need to do with them.

Exceptional service from Essentra - I placed an urgent order at 4:30 (half an hour after official cut-off time) and they pulled out all the stops to get the goods to us next day! Very impressed - thank you.
