Martin at Platinum was fantastic at explaining my cover to me. I was buying a new house and needed insurance before we moved in. Even though I cannot commit all the details to memory for both contents and building cover, I am now confident that any claims will be paid out, as I am properly covered! I do not know the jargon and loop-holes and Martin was expert at not speaking down to me! If you want an insurance broker who speaks human, talk to Platinum Choice!

I have dealt with Martin and several other advisors at Platinum Choice for over a year now, and am happy to give them 5 stars. I run a small business and found that both my Public Liability insurance quote, and my van insurance quote outmatched what I could find online. Can't say fairer than that. Suffice to say, Platinum Choice will continue to have my business based on their consistently outstanding customer service and ability to source competitive quotations.
