        Owned on Park View since May 2021. Too many remedial visits to list. Problems with boiler for over a year. Smelly and blocked drains for 17 months. Underfloor heating faulty for 17 months. Faults take too long to remedy. It's been awful living here. We didn't even have a finished road for 20 months. Pretty poor for 1.2m.
