        I phoned before travelling to confirm a van (Transit Custom double cab) was still in stock. They confirmed it was so I arranged a time with them to go take a look in the afternoon. I drove 3 hours to get there and when i arrived was told it had been sold hours earlier and got no apology from them. Nobody from Hartwell attempted to contact me to save me wasting my time and fuel. Very poor service.

        Telephoned after my visit but never received a reply. Telephoned a week later and spoke to salesman who promised to call back in half an hour but never got the call. Obviously don't need the business
