- the input of headphones B no longer works and produces crackles on the right side of the different headphones
- the channel 1 line button works poorly, it does not always light up when it is engaged
the after-sales service of the woodbrass seller site only offers a 30-day return guarantee. the SSL after-sales service advises me to repair the card when it should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In short, very low quality equipment for SSL and after-sales service very below what one might expect.

Le 4 mai 2021, jai achet neuf une carte son SSL2+, au prix de 269 auprs de woodbrass. Le 12 fvrier 2023, jai constat que le bien prsentait les dfauts suivants :
- lentre du casque B ne fonctionne plus et produit des craquements sur le ct droit des diffrents casques
- le bouton line du canal 1 fonctionne mal, il ne sallume pas systmatiquement alors quil est enclench
le SAV du site vendeur woodbrass ne propose qu'une garantie de retour sous 30 jours. le SAV de SSL me conseille de rparer la carte alors qu'elle devrait faire jouer la garantie constructeur. Bref du matriel de trs faible qualit pour du SSL et un SAV trs en dessous de ce que l'on pourrait attendre.
