Had the misfortune of dealing with Paul Woodburn who is rude, unprofessional and volatile. Our appointment - booked 2 months ago - was at 8am. At 8:10, I called to check whether he was on his way. He said he wouldnt make 8am, but he would be there today. At no point prior had he let us know he would be late. I only had time to say but your email said 8am before he raised his voice and said if I was going to speak to him like a child, I could find someone else and hung up. The property is an empty renovation project outside Oxford, and I had driven from Liverpool specifically to let him in. Therefore expecting an appointment time to be kept, or to be informed if circumstances change, is not unreasonable. However, childish is the best word to describe the tantrum he threw. I dont know if he was hungry, sleepy or just needed a nappy change, but Paul Woodburn has no respect for their clients or their time. I sympathize with anyone who has to work directly with him.

Excellent service from Paul of Blenheim Dry Stone Walling Ltd - has totally rebuilt a dilapidated stone wall in the garden and it now looks stunning and is robust and hopefully will grace the garden for many years. A great professional service. Thank you Paul
