Really wish I'd seen these reviews before using Parcelforce. Paid for next day delivery. Next day the tracking number isn't even on Parcelforce's system. Was sent back to post office to make sure it had left; it had. Phoned customer service back and manager REFUSED to take my call as the tracking number wasn't on their system - which was the basis of my complaint. Goodness only knows what the driver has done with my parcel or if it will ever arrive safely. And the staff, whose wages are paid by customers using the company, clearly just don't care!!

I paid for express 24 hours on the 25th of February and the driver lie, saying he came to my house on the 1st of March to deliver my parcel and no one was home.I was home the whole day and no one never came and I didn't get any card saying I miss my parcel.....but when I go online and check it saying I miss my parcel I will not recommend using them if you want to express a item

What a terrible driver, Marius, I sent a parcel on 20.2.2023 to Oxford with Express 24 and it should be delivered on 21.2.2023. However, when I tracked on app (live) that awful driver just stopped 3 minutes away from the delivered address and the app showed unable to deliver due to adverse weather for 2 consecutive days ( 21-22.2.2023). When I checked it again today( 23.2.2023), he stopped the car 3 minutes away from the delivered address again and the app just showed address problem. Even I could check the address on Google maps and link with the driver car. The management team should investigate the behaviour of the driver. I have all the evidence.
