IMO Car Wash

Employee extremely rude! Asked for 25 mini valet. He rudely responded its not 25, I look at your car then decide how much it is! After they had cleaned my car, there was dirty marks all inside my car. When I told them his response was this isnt a full valet! So the mini valet consists of just a hoover and a quick wipe down of the dashboard apparently, 25 for that ?! At the end he sarcastically ask me you happy now?! I said its ok I guess to which he looked at me and said something on his own language and walked off.. Last time Im using this car wash..

Terrible Experience. Angry aggressive attendant. Been coming here for years but the last few times not good, car came out dirty and soaked, I could see the machine malfunctioning whilst in there, drove back round to explain but got an angry egressive response as if I was wanting something for nothing. Previous few times not had the scanner to scan the app code after my payment so had to pay cash. Asked them to do valet but got a price of 100 for not too dirty car. Something has drastically changed. Went to the Cowley one straight afterwards and they were amazing and gave price list which was half these guys. Sad because its local but hey.
