Amazing customer service ! I have recently just bought a car at hartwell. Sven who served me was extremely helpful in the process and answered any question I had. He took me on a test drive and showed me all the features of the car. I didnt feel pressured whats so ever and the whole process was very smooth . I part exchanged my old car and he made the process so simple for me. I am very happy with the service I received from sven and I will be definitely coming back in the future to purchase more cars. I recently purchased my beautiful baby blue i20n Hyundai from Hartwell. Olivia was amazing just what you need when you dont know much about cars. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The test drive was great, letting me see exactly what the car could do. The car was perfect except for a little chip on the bumper and a scuffed alloy, but Olivia made sure this was sorted before I picked up the car. I know I can still go back to them if there is a problem. It was a pleasure to do business with Olivia and Hartwell, I would definitely recommend them in the future.
