Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Enormous thanks to Paul and his team for putting me at ease after someone had hit my car. It was returned to me good as new and theyd even mended an extra dent for me free of charge. I was kept informed about progress, and handover of courtesy car was straightforward and pain free. Will definitely use them again even though its further to travel. Worth every penny.

I found Richard Stephenson at Inchcape Oxford to be helpful, knowledgeable and in no way pushy to make a sale. He listened to what I wanted and found me a car with everything I requested. Everyone I came in contact with were friendly and polite. Thank you Richard I love my GLA.

My car was taken to the garage after the assistance judged it probably needed a new head gasket. It took many weeks to resolve the issue. And the communication was for a long while poor with me calling the garage to find out what the situation was. The service I received from Mercedes assistance was generally excellent. When Paul from inchscape service was involved he was always helpful. The car is now back with me and going well
