Unfortunately the breads are made with non-natural salt. All sorts of health issues like hypertension and thyroid issues come from artificial salt. The water they use is also not specified to be filtered or purified which is crucial in an age of mass water contamination. Really is a shame because their breads taste VERY good and as if of high quality, the traditional fermentation is exactly what we need for our bread! Unfortunately just not rounded all the corners. Do hope they change this soon!
