        The most miserable staff I have ever encountered, walked in with a winning ticket, put it on the counter, the teller picked it up and scanned the ticket, just looked at me like sh*t, opened the cash draw, picked out my winnings ,put it on the counter and just looked at me, I picked up my winnings and left. Will never use this shop again. They should remember there are two other bookies in the village.
