Shocking customer service experience today. I changed my appointment with the Salons agreement and had a confirmed rebooked date, but when I attended today for my 6 year old daughters appointment I was advised that because I cancelled my appointment, I was not a customer and my daughter would be charged an adult price of 73 for a simple haircut. Perhaps in the past her attitude to customers was different but like the recent previous reviewer I found her to be interested only in charging addition fees and treating customers like cash dispensers

Very disappointed by Christinas customer service, she didnt inform me that she would be doing highlights on my roots which is not what I wanted. She didnt have time to dry my hair and upon drying my hair when I got home I discovered that the dye wasnt blended properly with my exiting bleached hair, and that the shampoo hadnt been washed out of my hair properly. I returned to the salon in hopes that she would offer to fix it for me, however she told me I would have to pay extra to fix it and her attitude changed completely towards me when I told her I wasnt happy. Quite upset as Christina is a lovely lady and I was very disappointed that she didnt want to help me. Service: Hair coloring

What more can I say ! If there were more stars ...... Christina understands hair and her talent at not only cutting but understanding what looks fantastic for each and every client makes her outstanding.
