Neojoy Ltd

Very dishonest company, non existing customer service. They are selling factory seconds (products that failed quality control), they sell it under Neojoy or Lucidtoys names. They wouldn't accept returns for faulty/damaged goods, wouldn't reply to emails, failed to resolve a problem. Avoid using them, its not worse it, do some research online about the company and customer service first.

Very dissapointed with your company. Would strongly advice to avoid using this company. You will never get a refund or replacement, they will always blame you. AVOID.

Easy ordering process, website is user friendly with good variety available. I got my order updates in a timely manner, overall very satisfied.

So prices are great and the feel and quality of the items are amazing. My first order from LucidToys was great, got here real quick which I liked faster than other place Ive ordered from! But my second was not so good, was a stock issues which is sometimes expect which is fine. It had to come from their Germany Warehouse which would obviously take a bit long which was ok. Well I have to say the customer service is really not great. The first person I spoke to about my order was great told me why it hadnt been sent yet and it was coming from Germany, was helpful and quick response. The other people not so great I understand that they can be busy. I do expect them to be talking to one person though. As I was talking to someone then they were gone. 15 minutes later I get a response again From them telling me to wait and that they are dealing with a customer.. like am I not a customer who you was talking to??? So finally talking to them about the item that was wrong as it was completely different from it looked like it the pictures and they said they would get it sorted which was great! But kinda disappointing that I would have to pay more money to get something else that was over 10 even though I would get 50% off but still disappointing and if I wanted something for free it was up To 10 which no item of that price was what I was looking for. The item I wanted was what I ordered as Ive seen from the picture which I was sent was clearly the wrong item. I like this company but just getting the wrong item or being mislead by a picture just puts me off from buying from here again which is a shame /
