        We recently moved to a house which had windows and sliding patio doors installed by TWS when the house was built about 6 yrs ago. Unfortunately there were no window keys left by the previous owners and there was a problem with the locking of one of the patio doors. Clare worked tirelessly to help us, the handles have been superceded but working with her suppliers Clare managed to track down one window key and post it straight out to us. Today Barney attended to repair the patio door, he arrived as expected and thoroughly examined the door and quickly repaired it. The level of customer service has been exceptional and this has been much appreciated, Clare has been so efficient and helpful, a breath of fresh air. The patio doors are great too!
