Purchased an item with them 7 weeks ago via The Range and the product is still yet to be delivered despite being given a delivery time of 3 weeks.
Chased numerous times through The Range only to be told that:
1. Gardeco have dispatched the item but it hasn't registered on the system (turned out to be a lie)
2. Gardeco only answer emails on Saturday and will not respond to phone calls from suppliers.
3. Gardeco are notoriously difficult suppliers and delays are to be expected when dealing with them.
After weeks of pursuing the issue, the produce was finally dispatched today, only for Gardeco to provide the wrong address (the address provided by myself was 100% correct as I had to confirm it every time I called)
Their delivery contractors (Panther Logistics) are renowned for poor service and refused to deliver the product despite being on the same street.
Please do not trust this company. They are happy to take your money but have a complete disregard for customers.
They will not receive my business again and I will be sure to warn others away.
