Not impressed with the quality of care from this veterinary practice. My daughter brought her pet rabbit here with head tilt. He had been seen by another vet who had been treating him for it, but we needed a vet that was closer to home after recently moving house, so tried Shepherd Vets. The vet just said that we should have Fin put to sleep, and when we refused, they spoke to us as if we were the uncaring ones. They are supposed to be a specialist rabbit vets, but we would never go again under any circumstances. And with help from a tilt head bunny group, Fin is still around living a normal life over 2 years later. He still has a wonky head, but he has a happy and fulfilled life with his other 2 rabbit companions.

Finally have found a vet that cares about animals and not just making money! These vets are truly lovely with the animals and have genuine care for their wellbeing. They really helped us over Xmas after recently moving to the area and having issues with our old vets. They were human and friendly and so caring. Particular shout out to Anna who is one of the most wonderful humans I've ever come across ... really willing to go above and beyond for us and caring towards us as owners as well as our pet. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

They came to my home to put my very old dog to sleep. Cannot reccomend their service highly enough . So dignified and peaceful . Thank you so much

Couldnt have asked for more compassion for my daughters family dog Rosie. She was the eldest of their three beloved dogs. My daughter in law and I took her as an emergency to the Vet. as Rosie was poorly and quite unresponsive. She was seen immediately by a Nurse. A vet came within minutes to explain that Rosie was in heart failure. He spoke to my son in law who was on holiday abroad with my daughter and their friends. Heartbreakingly for my daughter, her husband and my two grandsons, their beloved Rosie had to be euthanised. Thank you so much for your love and kindness. Forever grateful. Your compassion continued afterward too. My daughter and son in law could not cope with their holiday and flew ho e the next day to be with their other two dogs Such a wonderful Practice. Thank you again
