We have been customers of Vales for some years for our Cats welfare and have had very good service. I had a bit of a scare when one of our Cats got stung by something recently. Viv, Stephen and Ange were able to help her out at short notice and put my mind at rest. Treatment and Tests were completed quickly, Thank you for your expertise and compassion. 2023 Unfortunately I have to update my review to the negative, I and other loyal customers have been unable to get routine appointments unless we are prepared for a 2 week delay, as animal lovers the is unacceptable. Dear Lisa, please update us with the reason for the changes to your practice. As a loyal customer I believe we deserve an explanation. I hope we can continue as valued customers together if this is a temporary situation.

number of occasions vs a vs the health care of our beloved Jack/whippet terrier; on every occasion from our vet Ana Roberts to the front of house reception staff; we have experienced "nothing" short of a "very" professional friendly and caring and focused service to Jimmy-Choo and to ourselves; for which we are and continue to be "beyond" measure enormously appreciative and grateful for. A "FABULOUS" team of individuals; we have no hesitation in highly recomending Vale Veterinary Practice and its team to the broader community; A******.
