        I Think his name is seiad sorry if I got it wrong . Last Tuesday me and my friend were going to worc on the train . I am disabled and have a scooter and booked before. This gentle man was so helpful . He was in the kiosk when we arrived he explained where we needed to go and then got the ramp . They were good at Worcester Foregate also What a brill service as t was my first time with my scooter I was nervous but It was a fabulous service thank you all .
