Holland Taxis

I phoned 6am this morning to book a taxi for 8.20am for school run as I will be at work so my mom can get my daughter to school. however the taxi didnt come on time, I phoned at 8.22am to chase up and I was told the taxi will be another 7 mins due to traffic and there is nothing they can do about it. Why couldnt the driver set off a bit earlier to make sure that it will be there on time for customers?? Really disappointed as this is the first time I used this company and I was hoping them to be on time so I can use them regularly.

Ordered a taxi for a pick up at stourport hotel after a funeral. Taxi driver called to tell us he was outside. We said our goodbyes which took 5 minutes. Came outside to find the taxi driver had driven off. We know this was only five minutes as we have the phone records from them calling us to us calling them to see where they were. They were then very rude to us when we were unhappy that the driver had driven off

Booked taxi at Stourport Manor. They don't hang around after telling them we're on our way out. The call centre operator was very unprofessional and kept calling me "Darling" he couldn't accept they should have waited longer. Ne er use again !!

Perfect in every way, the driver arrived on time and was very polite and friendly, I was also kept up to date on his arrival by text, a brilliant service and will definitely be using them again.
