        Brought 2 reclining sofas in 2021. I know Im no light weight (19 stone) but didnt expect two of the recliners to be bent and twisting within two years. SCS 5 year plan says structure isnt covered. Wouldnt buy this poor quality again or from a retailer who has no interest in supporting products or customers. Think two stars is generous but wanted to show that Im not a professional complainer.

        Went to buy sum lino we got a quote at 630.00 woman come out to check measurements it went up to 744.00 Went back to shop now the sale was on we should have saved 90.00 that should have bought it down to 535.00 from what we wear first told But after the sale it went up to 657.00 When we get fed up with it all we said we would not bother with it only to be told we won't get it any cheaper any wear else And that was the floor manager We are happy to pay moor for people that can add up and not be rude will not be back We went up and down to shop 3 times just a waste of petrol you need to re tetrain your floor manager Mrs mclaughlin
