        Booked a covid booster for the Saturday online and when I arrived there was no one there to do it. Told to come back Monday between 11 - 3. I arrived at 12.55 to find the store shut for I assume lunch until 2pm. I live 5 miles from the store. Thats 20miles driving and my time wasted!!!

        Went there today to collect my son's prescription that the pharmacy had told him was ready. Took them 15 minutes to locate it. There were boxes and boxes of prescriptions all over the place with zero idea as to which names were where. P@#s up and brewery come to mind with Crest's organisational skills. Shambles.

        Covid booster, booked and l stress booked myself, wife and 87 mother in arrived 5 mins early to be meet by a queue of 20 plus people all waiting for the booster..... shambolic!
