Used to be a very good service but has fallen short lately when it comes to delivering medication orders. Orders not arriving when they are supposed to and having to constantly chase up when deliveries will be made. Not good when patients are running out of medication and not able to collect themselves.

I waited 2 weeks for a prescription. The first week was not in stock, so it needed to be ordered, and for some unknown reason, the order was not placed after chasing, they said it will be ordered, this is the 2nd week. When I chased again by this time, I was low on medication. They said they could not get it and blamed the supplier. After all that they gave me a script I had to collect in person, and I would have to go on a wild goose chase around different phamacy to get my prescription, which I did, and within 20 mins, I have recived my medication. This not the first time they had messed me about and stressed me out, and some of the staff really could not care less attitude which I dont need when not well. I can not recommend Church Street Pharmacy. I will be looking for an alternative pharmacy.

Went to doctors today with friends son, was prescribed item by doctor and had to pick up item ordered two days before after waiting 20 minutes one item was given me ? When asked about second item was told it was not in stock and whether alternative would be ok ? i asked them to check with doctor's and they returned and said it would be 2 hours before another prescription would be issued ? when i complained about wait and not telling me straight away of the problem, Pharmacist rudely threw prescription at me and told me to go somewhere else !! If i had been informed item was not available i would have returned to doctors receptionist and asked doctor to make an alternative prescription .
