5 star service from the ladies at We Love Pets. Lucy & Cathie have been absolute gems from start to finish. They looked after our 4 cats whilst we were away for 3 days and with their service, updates and pictures, provided us with the perfect reassurance that we were looking for.

Well . What can I say not very clear about the prices , say one thing over the phone charging another , completely rip off !!! Very clever how when I meet Lucy she didnt mention prices even once , just said she will send me a invoice, and than my invoice been send twice for double amount what I have been told they charge ( when she mention prices over the phone ) Family who look after my dog was really lovely but for what they charged I would expect my dog to be washed , feed and much more not just look after thats all , completely rip off !!!!!

Lucy and Cathie looked after my cat, Ozzy, for a fortnight whilst I was on holiday and did a brilliant job. Ozzy has detachment issues when we're away and always stays in the home with regular visits from family/friends but usually he eats too much or too little, sometimes pulls his fur out and sometimes has stress related eye problems. So, we never know what to expect on our return. We were so relieved to see that under Cathie and Lucy's care he had none of the above issues. I would certainly recommend We Love Pets Kidderminster and can't thank them enough for the care they took with Ozzy and the peace of mind they have given us for any future holidays
