        WOW!!! Having been let down on several occasions from our long standing groomers we booked here. What a fabulous experience!! Our Belle is a nervous dog so we were anxious. When we entered we immediately felt at ease, such a fuss was made of Belle, staff were so friendly and it was obvious they adored dogs. When we collected Belle she looked amazing, sounds crazy but she looked 5 years younger. She had been shaved ( first time ever ) tail shaped and ears trimmed. We opted for the spa treatments and were so happy with the results. A brand new style of cut. Will recommend to all our doggy friends, this groom room is a little gem.

        My husband and I Visited The Groom Room today without an appointment. The groomer who saw us said that she could clip our chihuahuas (Pippa) nails to save us going back. This groomer, dont know her name, (she has long blonde hair) was superb. Our little chi can be feisty . We put a muzzle on her.she, the groomer, talked to Pip the whole time and handled her with such love and care. Thank you again for an amazing experience.
