I recently bought my first brand new bike and decided it was worth my while to have a BikeTrac tracker installed in it as I haven't got a secure location to keep the bike. As I am quite new to the bike however, I didn't want to ride the bike a long unfamiliar route in case anything went wrong. I found GS Auto Alarms through BikeTrac's website and sent them an email explaining my needs. Not long after Graham gave me a call and arranged a date and time to come to mine and set-up the tracker. Shortly after he sent me an invoice with all the details I needed and asked for a 50% deposit. Once this was paid, he sent me confirmation of the appointment and another invoice detailing the remaining amount. Unfortunately, I had to rearrange the location with Graham the night before, but he was very accommodating. On the day Graham had all the tools needed to fit the tracker on my bike and in around an hour had the system fitted and ready to use. Whilst installing it he explained the benefits of the system and even tested the system so that I could see it was working. I quickly received a phone call from BikeTrac to check if my bike was secure. All in all, great experience and great advice. Would use them again.
