Bought a VW Golf from here last month, went to view all the way from Cornwall and it drove amazingly and looked very well looked after too. Unfortunately the battery was dead on arrival luckily this was knocked off the price but very risky for the long drive home as we couldnt turn the engine off when we stopped at service stations etc After bringing it home and driving it for a few weeks the boot turned out to have a fault with its catch and kept opening when driving we also noticed that the parking sensors were not working at all. We gave Gary a ring and and managed to get it in the garage and get the problems sorted and quoted. Gary paid off the majority of the issues with the car however it wasnt well maintained and checked before we came to collect the oil needed replacing the tyres were perished and the cambelt and water pump were in desperate need of being done after being checked at the garage. Overall the car wasnt exactly as described and it was a very stressful experience but now that everything is sorted its driving perfectly and is in amazing mechanical condition underneath. Gary was very helpful once we managed to get through to him after being promised numerous times we were going to be called back by his receptionist but never did. We found email was the best way to get in touch!

Poor /.Zero communication throught the order. Didn't return any calls each time they said they would. I cancelled after 1 year of waiting...

Bought a mini cooper s in October 2022. 4 months later its now off the road with several faults costing in the region on 1500-1800 to fix. As a single mum I can't afford this cost. I'm very disappointed I even bought this car, The warranty covers nothing so I will have to pay for all the repairs myself. I'm having to catch buses and taxis in the meantime. I should be able to ask for repair or refund due to the rights of sale act but I need a car on the road to work. I wouldn't ever go to buy a car on my own again! Its put me in debt and i ended up selling a car to buy it I totally regret. Clutch gone, oil leak, suspension problems and 19 engine failures. Not what I needed!!!!
