        Having used the practice for the first time in a long time, it seems that a small number of the reception staff, have a poor attitude and forget what their job is about. Remember, as a receptionist you are there to aid and assist the public and if this is an issue for you, maybe you need to change your career. Ignorance or poor attitude towards patients is not acceptable.
