        Had a cracked tile and a leak into the bedroom ceiling this morning. Rang this company at 8.30am and they were outside my house by 9.30am! they checked the roof, and drove off with a promise to come back and replace the tile. He said it would be 20-30 tops. back they came within half an hour, scooted up the roof without disurbing me (although it would have been nice to double check I wanted them to do the job!), then knocked the door, asked for 30 and said all done! I paid him and asked for a receipt and he gave me a business card and an assurance he wasn't leaving the country! Very down to earth chaps with no 'frills' but if they did the job (I'll find out when it rains!) as they said they did, it was QUICK, CHEAP and FRIENDLY. Who needs frills!!!
