Kidderminster Roofing Contracts LTD

I don't usually write reviews, but feel compelled to advise anyone to avoid using this company. They were sharp in the way they quoted, verbally agreeing to certain works and then when putting the quote in writing making that slightly different. I was charged 550 plus VAT for under 2 hours of work by 2 people, having been told that the work would last all day. I just wouldn't trust them. In response to the reply below, the verbal discussion was very clear and the written quote ambiguous. I was also told very clearly that the work would be at least 1 day and possibly even go into a 2nd day. I realise that others have had good experiences with this company but in my experience they are horrendously expensive and not trustworthy, be careful. Service: Roof repair

I cant tell you how pleased we are with the roof instalation and with the guys who did the work. It couldnt have gone better and the results are way beyond what Id hoped for. Issues were spotted and remedies offered. We now have a brand new roof that looks fabulous plus it is now secure and I'm sure has increased the value of our home considerably. The final cost of the work was below what we expected and the time taken to complete the job was quite amazing. We had a significant repair done in December/January - replaced ridges & hips with a dry ridge system and replaced a number of verges - the job needed scaffolding front and rear, which was subcontracted to a local firm who they work closely with. Both the scaffolders and the roofers were on time, professional & friendly and did a great job, clearing up after themselves etc. I would definitely recommend this company, did a great job at a realistic price and all the team were a pleasure to deal with.
