He gave us time to consider what worked best for us and was not pushy for a sale. Result: were happy with the flooring product weve chosen having had time to check it would be right in our home.

        Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Great customer service from John as soon as we walked through the door. Fabulous quality flooring, great value for money, and quick delivery and laying. So good, we have come back for more flooring in more rooms! Thank you. Highly recommend.

        Recently purchased laminate and carpet from the store, staff very knowledgeable and helpful and strived for good customer service, we dealt with Orlando in the Kidderminster branch who was friendly and helpful and made the process quick and easy with a quick turn around for delivery for our timeframe A big thanks to the team in kiddy Harley&Tegan
