Elite Floors Kidderminster

We first contacted Elite flooring as we had an issue with our existing hardwood flooring. Armando, one of the fitters, came out quickly and identified the problem. They they found a similar flooring for us and fit it two weeks later. Completing the job to a high quality was their priority and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Mario made the experience of choosing our new LVT floor which runs the length of our house nice and easy. Sensibly priced and worked around our special needs of having to completely clear a room with a hospital bed in for my disabled Mother-in-Law. The fitting was also excellent. Happy I stumbled across Elite and asked them to quote!

We cannot recommend this place and the staff here enough! From the service at the shop, to the phone calls from Tony who supported us in finding the right flooring. Then to the floor fitters themselves, who were so professional and genuine. Every step along the way was excellent with these people! We love our flooring and feel so grateful that we used an exceptional company who we will use again! Special thanks to Armando (our floor fitter) who worked so hard in our kitchen to make sure it was perfect - thank you so much. These people are so polite, friendly and hard working. They go above and beyond to ensure the service they provide is excellent. A top company!
