Had a great experience with the staff at this store trying to sort out which laptops to buy. Leah, Ryan and the manager (guy who looks like the British bake off guy Paul) his name might be Steve who knows. But these 3 were very accommodating and very helpful with choosing laptops and went above and beyond. If you need help when you go in, go find one of these 3. Reason for only 4 stars is because when I went back in to get my 2nd laptop the lady that I spoke to was not interested in speaking about Microsoft office or security protection, she simply wanted to get the transaction done on the till. Further to this even though online said it could be delivered next day, she said she couldn't give a delivery date and for some reason it took over a week. Had to call to ask what was happening to be told 2 different things about delivery They should have just been honest and admitted they forgot to order my laptop.. strange how it was available the next day after I called to ask what's going on. Won't mention their name for dignity but Jesus Christ will avoid that individual in the future. Again applauds to Leah, Ryan and the British bake off look alike.

Terrible customer service!!! Trying to call store no direct number, only national number that cuts you off after keeping you on hold!!! If they did they job properly in store maybe I wouldnt need to call Now I have to go back to storefuming!!!!

I came in today to look look at washing machines and an air fryer. I ended up having a lovely chat with Sharon who was extremely knowledgable about all the washing machines and air fryers available! Her customer service is exceptional she is an asset to the team i will definitely be coming back, would highly recommend :-)

Fast and professional service. I needed some specialist ink and was attended to swiftly and with a smile. Absolutely perfect. Thank you. Parking was easy and thankfully I wasnt jumped on with the usual can I help you etc. Staff were so helpful it was a joy to visit 10/10

Only went for a new Dyson,as soon as I entered i was directed upstairs they had a good selection I picked the one I wanted paid and the salesman carried it to my car, excellent service.
