        Not happy at all, firstly we are told by 1 member of staff they have the keys for viewings then another member of staff says they dont have the keys, they take us to view a property that clearly hasnt been cleaned and smells awful inside then send an open email not even addressed directly to us to tell us weve been turned down for it even though we were told we were the only people to view it, I personally feel that they did not deal with us in a professional manner at all, will be looking to take our business elsewhere
