Personally really disappointed with the service my partner and I received. Firstly, the property we were shown was absolutely filthy, stank of cigarettes from the previous owners and had a large amount of mould and damp, I feel this estate agent clearly has low standards if theyre willing to show properties like this. The office its self is a small chalet type building, the atmosphere is very uncomfortable and I personally felt very awkward, they are not conscious of anyones mental health or physical disabilities so be aware of that. The main staff member I dealt with was a girl called Hannah, she was incredibly rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I would definitely recommend any other estate agents over this office.

This my first experience with Nock Deighton and I must say Ive been very impressed with everything from the initial enquiry to making the offer to the handover to the completion team. Matt Taylor is excellent and thorough in everything that he does; he is a credit to the business and does what he says he will do. Estate Agents often get a raw deal but Matt and the team wont let you down.
