Be careful buying anything too expensive from CEX as you only have 2 days to return if your not happy. I brought a Steam Deck for 475 for my son and a fault developed within 11 days. I did attempt to get a refund but as it didn't show a fault when they done a very basic test on it they refused. My son who knows more about technology than anybody did his very best to explain that the fault was happening intermittently but they just assume we where mistaken about the fault. They just haven't got the expertise to deal with tech faults, but that's to be expected from a franchise where you receive 12 weeks training before you buy a CEX to run. They are only just about ok for cheap games, phones and selling stuff cheap to them you don't need. Buy your tech new from somewhere like Argos instead, where they actually honor the 30 day refund.

It's good for trading things in for money or to buy new things , I recommend it for people who want a new phone, PC parts, games consoles and video games

Just wanna say that the team at the kidderminster store are all brilliant and always happy to help. I have traded in and bought from this store for years and everytime the staff are always brilliant particularly Dan Rachel and Emily they are always so polite and helpful I couldn't recommend this store enough
