Very poor customer service. We bought quite expensive carpets for our house being refurbished and extended including a bedroom where we explained that it didnt need to extend all the way to one end of the room because wardrobes were being fitted. This wasnt communicated to the fitters who started at the wardrobe end and had to patch at the other leaving a strip of carpet that doesnt match. Beyond coming to look and improve the match Rowe carpets have done nothing to rectify the error and havent responded to emails.

Had my bedrooms landing stairs hallway and front room carpeted today fitters did an amazing job looks great a big thankyou to Lee and his mate for doing the fitting quick and professional job thanks to Stan for measuring up and thanks Paul for doing logisticsyou can't spend pats on the back but we'll done
