Concept Kitchens and Bathrooms

Choosing a firm to fit your new kitchen is a serious business. We took ages deciding. We got prices and ideas from Magnet and other big companies before talking to Dave and Nick at this family company based in Kidderminster. What a difference! Dave was great at helping us decide what we wanted. He's a lovely gentle man. With humour and a lot of technical knowledge, he guided us through our choices. There was no hard-sell (almost the opposite). Once we'd taken our decisions, Dave gave us a quote - which was less than Magnet's and for better quality fitments. A few weeks later, Nick and his team arrived to do the work. They did their stuff efficiently, tidily and with minimum disruption. Dave would often call by to check that things were OK. Of course we had a few queries afterwards. Dave dealt with them within 2 days. We paid the final sum in the knowledge that a good job had been done and the price was fair. Would I recommend Concept Kitchens? Absolutely. 100%. We're delighted with the work. Far better than the big boys! Oh - and we suggest that you ignore the one poor review on this website. Goodness knows what that was all about. But this small local comapny is good. Very good! Thanks Dave and Nick. Appreciate all the hard work on our behalf. We love our new kitchen!

My wife and I was recommended to concept kitchen by my parents We wanted our garage turned into a new kitchen. It looked like a tricky job when speaking to Caroline and Sam they made us feel less nervous and very excited about this project.. we did some designs with Caroline she was so helpful and supportive ..Sam came around to our house took measurements and reassured everything will be lovely.. Many times we change worktop styles and cupboard choices. Which Caroline was very helpful. Caroline help order many of the appliances. Sam and his son Jake was amazing doing the structure work, electrical and the general fitting of the kitchen which looks stunning . My wife and I are so so happy with the final project.

We highly recommend this company. From start to finish the company had everything well organized and managed . Very high standard and quality of the tradesmen from builder, electrician, plasters and kitchen fitters. Great choice of quality cabinets,colours and accessories. Work was completed on time within a couple of weeks
