Honestly, it's probably one of the best locations fir a car park, but the place itself really needs a bit of TLC and some good scrubbing. It's rather grotty and run down, but in return it's very reasonably priced, although the parking spaces are really narrow and even in a smaller car it can be challenging to get out. Otherwise does what it says on the tin.
